This Privacy Policy explains how the Cash Calculator app ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app lets you count notes and coins, reconcile cash, save counts with labels, view reports and export or share summaries. This includes:
All of this information is stored locally on your device only. It is not sent to us or to any server we operate, and we cannot see it.
When you tap Share or Export, the app opens Android's share menu with the text you chose to share. Where it goes next is your choice (for example WhatsApp or email), and that app's own privacy policy applies.
To show your local notes and coins, the app reads your device's time zone and language setting. This happens entirely on the device. It does not use GPS or location permission, and the result is not sent anywhere.
The app is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. This includes optional rewarded video ads: if you choose to watch one, you receive temporary access to Pro tools. Watching ads is always optional.
To deliver, personalise (where allowed) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect:

This data is collected and processed by Google under its own policies:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the data you enter in the app with anyone. The only third party that receives data automatically is Google AdMob, for the advertising purposes described in section 4.

Because we do not hold your data on a server, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies.
Your data is stored in the app's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot normally read. Please protect your phone with a screen lock, because anyone with access to your unlocked device can open the app.
The app is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and data was collected by our ad partner, please contact us.
Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data. Since your app data stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly as described in section 7. We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's update notes.
